Home Building
I feel very comfortable saying that Trident has no respect for their tenants. I have just moved out and was charged a massive fee to fix the floor boards, which only showed wear and tear from living there for three years (though this was not noticeable to me at all!). THEY THEN CHARGED US A MONTH'S RENT BECAUSE THE APARTMENT DID NOT RENT! Not only did they not return our deposit they further charged us! The stated that in our contract it states that we need to show the apartment once we decide to move out. We made the mistake of assuming that they were reasonable and would respect our need for our home to be private at times. In fact, this was yet another way that the quality of our lives there was greatly lessened there. This follows a LACK OF AIR CONDITIONING THIS SUMMER, CONSTANT ELEVATOR SERVICE OUTAGES, MASSIVE AND PROLONGED CONSTRUCTION, AND FIRE ALARMS GOING OFF IN THE NIGHT. By all means, move in if you are prepared to have zero support and far too much hassle.
