Sampson and Stephon are very knowledgeable and capable tree care professionals. Unfortunately they have NOT fully honored the work commitment they made with me and my husband. We have been calling & calling, set up a folllowup appointment and have been doing our best to accommodate their schedules to alas return and finally finish the work agreed upon; we paid our bill in full w/ tip, set up all needed prep, and my husband is committed to being a third set of hands at all times. Additionally home owners who are obligated to pay for trimming encroachment of a neighborâ  s tree are often disrespected by both neighbor and contractor when the work is being done (e.g., neighbor does not allow you to fully trim encroachment that the law says you have a right to remove & you still have to pay contractor who does not listen to you but instead to said neighbor bc ultimately relationship with neighbor is of more value even though you are paying the contractor). We hope this feedback will be read and Sampson and Stephon will return to finish the work as agreed upon

It was truly a pleasure having Tree Care Service clean up my yard. They did awesome work. These guys were punctual, efficient, and meticulous. It looks like a brand new house.

Stephon did a great job. Everything accomplished on time and on budget. Property was cleaned of debris.

Sampson and his team were excellent! Sampson came when he said he would to discuss the job and came back with a fair estimate quickly. Once we agreed on price, the team came in and got the job done professionally, quickly and they didn’t leave one leaf on the ground by the time they were done with clean up. Not only would I recommend Sampson, I already have to a few neighbors!
