We did not know the full extent of the job, the hatch from below was sealed and so even if we added the ladder we could not access the entry from the basement. However, since he had already built the lock we asked if he could come back and add the lock and he took exception to it feeling he had already given us his time. After agreeing to come back, he never did contact us again or bring the lock.
