The woman on the phone told me the person they were sending would be at my home for 4 hours. She also stated if they don't finish the job in 4 hours, they would stay to complete the work. I told her I prefered to have a man do the cleaning, as there was quite a bit of work to be completed from just moving in. She confirmed she would send a man. I received a call from a female housecleaner the day before, who said she would be out to my home. She told me she wanted to come in earlier then what was scheduled. I agreed to this. I called the cleaning agency the following morning and let them know I requested a male and did not want them to come any earlier. They again confirmed they would send a male. They ended up sending someone very inexperienced who told me he was only scheduled to work 3 hours and 10 minutes. The worker ended up breaking my vacuum.
