Craig is so nice and has always gotten the job done right. I do find his prices to be mid-range to high, but with electrical work who wants a job done on the cheap! Quick responding, text and email savvy and proffesional

He was supposed to put in new outlets, replace light fixtures in the bathroom, and replaced the lighting in the kitchen. He was supposed to put in a new generator which my mother paid for but he has not returned to do. He said he would come back and review the work that needed to be finished. He expressed he was busy after Sandy and the holidays which I understood. After the holidays I started calling him. He has not returned my calls it is as if he has disappeared into thin air. I found this out of character because previously he was very responsive. I am upset because I am not receiving any contact from him. I would be fine if he would at least contact me and explain why there is a delay in getting the work done. It has been almost a year since the work was started. I am really disappointed in terms of doing business.
