We had difficulty communicating. She was right on time when she came. When I got the coupon I was going back and forth 5 or 6 times with the company trying to get them to respond to being able to use the coupon. So it became difficult to cash in on the coupon. They did make it happen but I told them I was going to cancel the coupon if they didn’t respond. Their connection was very bad and the phone service when I called in was very bad and their email didn’t seem to work. I couldn’t email them and they couldn’t email me. Their responsiveness was very low. She used 3 of the 4 hours in the bathroom and one in the kitchen it wasn’t done to my liking. The kitchen wasn’t bad.
