She gave them a very specific list with what needed done. After they loaded the truck they claimed that we had more to move than what we told them. They said they would unload it to the garage or we could pay more to have it moved. I just decided to pay to get it over with. We were promised delivery down in Atlanata within the week. We constantly tried to contact Joe Cooper and he wouldn't return our calls. My wife finally got a hold of him and he claimed there was an accident and that was the reason for the hold up. We were then told the items would be delivered within a day or two. Four days later we were told it would be there within a day. It finally arrived. When they arrived to deliver the furniture they said it would cost an additonal $200 or they wouldn't release our items. The move ended up costing us approximately 50% more than we were quoted and the move was late. I wouldn't trust this company and you have been forwarned.
