First, I went to their location to see the windows and get their opinion on what windows to install in my home, they recommended the aluminum windows. Everything seemed ok, but then again it was the heart of summer. Come October 2013, two months after installation, the condensation started, my windows were sweating so much inside and out. I called them and they sent one of the installers, who didn't even speak english, he looked at the windows, tightened a screw and said "they call you", I'm still waiting, I've called them numerous times, and no one can make decisions without their boss, who is never there I might add. Forward to the end of October, where we had our first real cold and windy day, I literally can stand 10 feet away from the windows and feel the cold air coming through, what a nightmare!!! Not to mention, I have two small children, so the heat must be on all the time now. They are the worst company I have ever dealt with. I'm just going to cut my losses and purchase really good windows from a respected company, not these jokers. You've been warned!!!!!!
