It was a really great experience all around! My request was very short notice, during a very busy summer time for them, and they fit me in! It was very nice of them to do so, because I had only a one-week timeframe during which the bed could be installed. One team member came to do an on-site visit of the space and took measurements of the space (I asked them to because one wall had an inset and was brick, so I wanted to be sure the bed size I was asking to be built would definitely fit the space--and our stairwell is very narrow, so I wanted to be sure that was fine as well.) The person who measured was very nice, totally professional, and provided good guidance re the build. They measured on a Thursday, and on Saturday, one team member arrived with the bed for the installation. He was in constant contact with me via cell phone and texts, given how busy he was that day with other installations, and I knew when he would arrive. He arrived when he said he would. I was concerned at first, because he was all alone to bring the bed (platform was already pre-built in their workshop) and install it! But he was absolutely capable of doing it all himself with no problem at all. (He made it look so easy, bringing the bed and all his equipement up to our 3rd-floor walkup!) He had the bed up, very well installed, and all cleaned up in about 3 hours (great, I thought, especially being just one person doing it all!) In any case, he was so nice, professional, and very efficient! I would highly recommend them to anyone!!
