"Our Customer Service Representative discussed prior to scheduling the appointment our policy - that we charge a service charge of $125+tax to visit the job site, assess the problem, and provide a price quote to correct the issue prior to the commencement of the work. Upon arrival on site our Technician assessed the job & the materials you supplied - which were not all correct - and provided a price quote. At that juncture you were given the option by the Technician to pay the service charge of $125+tax if you did not feel the price quoted was fair. After some negotiating you were given the price you initially wanted to pay and requested for us to complete the repair - which we did. Further you stated in your review that you did not receive a "proper receipt". We have a copy of your printed name and signature on the written receipt given to you on the date of service by our Technician. Additionally we have the email sent to your email account with a computer generated receipt as well. Finally our pricing and rates are competitive and in-line with that of other fully Licensed and Insured plumbing companies operating in New York City. We strive to provide excellent service to all customers and our continued success and longevity have allowed us to maintain our position in the community for over 45 years."
