when David says he will be there....he is there. too many of these people give you a window of time. these guys say I will be there at 9:30 am, their feet are on your floor at 9:30 am. David and his partner are knowledgeable and restored my heat in one day. David came, charged for the evaluation, then when I gave him the ok he went out, got the part and did the job in a total of 4 or 5 hours including driving to long island from Brooklyn to get parts. the cost for the evaluation was applied to the overall cost of repair. they are kind of gruff guys on the surface, but are actually sweethearts. Very satisfied!

Air conditioning unit wasnt cooling right for months. When I called them, they told me they can come the very next day. They were quick, efficient and fairly priced. Good communication and air conditioning has been perfect since their visit. I would recommend to everyone.

These guys called in response to a Home Advisor Inquiry. They said they were in the area and could stop in within the hour. They arrived and told me they had a $95 charge not credited to the work for the visit and then without giving me an estimate or anything just proceeded to clean the condenser and evaporator on the unit. Then charged me $707! A total scam and no explanation of what they were doing. He then said it was because they "sent " two guys and used detergent that is poison (?) The machine needed a cleaning and filter, but I have never been charged over $400 for the annual cleaning and new filter.

"I think there is a mistake regarding this job. 1) The payment was 597 + Tax =650 (you can ask your worker who cut the check or I can send you a copy). 2) I tried to talk to you a couple of times but you were busy working on a computer. 3) We worked hard cleaning your condenser (one guy outside using pressure water and I was inside making sure the water which goes through fins does not reach your office-floor). 4) Cleaning indoor unit was very challenging because there is not enough space to stick my hand and tools between the wall and the air handler (probably 2-3 inches) but I was able to clean the coil where the filter was missing and probably was not clean for years. To satisfy you as a customer (I showed the man at the front desk who was with us all the time), I think we worked hard. But anyway, I apologize to you for any misunderstanding. Sincerely, David V. The company came to my house, and was supposed to fix a motor in my hvac system. Said they could not remove it, and said they had to install another system. Called back and asked for 5,800.00. What a rip off and waste of time
