I've dealt with contractors for 40 years, building and renovating houses. This is a superior outfit, very professional. They came when they said, texting or emailing time of arrival. They are pleasant, responsive, smart and did a great job. They raised the bannisters for 2 landings and a staircase, installing new, taller balusters and they installed a new handrail with a compound curve at the top of another staircase. I happily recommend them.

The technician came to the site to see project. The others only phoned in. He knew exactly what i wanted and installed it shortly after meeting with me. the only problem was that the handrail started to come away from the wall but once i mentioned it to the owner he sent someone out to fix it immediately and everything has been perfect since.

I was a little hesitant about the price they gave me at first, because it seemed too high, but my gut told me to go with them even though the other estimates I received were a bit cheaper. I have had a number of experiences with contractors, most which have been very disappointing, but I believe this is one of the best professionals I contracted to do work for me. His crew was friendly, professional, and worked quickly but didn�t cut corners in the work. And everything was done exactly to the needs I outlined during the consultation visit. The job actually exceeded my expectations, and I would recommend them to anyone who is looking to do anything with stairs and railings.

The workers were very meticulous and cleaned up afterward. They finished the installation in 2 days.

After removing our old staircase and starting the installation of the new staircase we were asked to pay 75% of the payment. After making this payment the experienced person working on the stairs departed and we were left with his helpers who did not speak english. They made numerous mistakes and the boss Fillip would not respond back to me when I called leaving messages. When the job was completed and the workers left we found that a lot of the molding was not nailed down. We had to hire a handy man to complete the job. I still have not heard from Fillip
