Really great company and service

I called Sparrow to get information about a new lock for my entry door. Dror gave me straight talk about my options and answered all my questions clearly. He arrived on time and installed a high-security deadbolt to my 100 year old door with great care. The lock looks great, works great and he was very careful to clean up and explain how the new key worked. I'm very pleased.

It was wonderful - the team was very nice, professional, and efficient. I will absolutely hire them again. They installed some high quality new locks, and also fixed an interior door that never latched quite right.

He and his assistant Max were thoughtful, respectful and professional with the installation on the exterior as well as the work required to be done internally. Dror also handled the electrical work himself and saved us from hiring an electrician. The system works beautifully. In addition to being totally honest, Dror's greatest strength is his ability to think outside the box.
