www.soundconstructiondevelopmentllc.com Al Lin has a decade of construction experience in the ground up luxury residential market with a track record of completing complicated projects as a Superintendent. Prior to starting Sound Construction and Development LLC, Al worked for top ENR Construction Management/General Contracting companies such as Lendlease and Leeding Builders Group. Prior to the above mentioned companies, Al worked as a Project Manager for Walsh Glass and Metal, one of NYC’s Premier Curtain Wall Company. With Al’s history as a Façade/Exterior Superintendent, Sound Construction and Development LLC projects are consistently completed with considerable consideration to the exterior architectural elements as well as the components behind the architectural elements such as waterproofing, flashing, roofing, insulation. Al Earned his Bachelors of Science degree in Construction Management from NYU Tandon School of Engineering (Formerly known as Polytechnic University). Al is a Registered DOB Construction Superintendent and a Licensed NYS Real Estate Salesperson for SPiRALNY.

Yes, I recommend this pro
They did a great job installing pavers in my backyard. This work was in an attached house so only way in and out was through my finished kitchen. They protected my floors and walls. Very professional company.
