Solace Studio is a small furniture repair and refinishing company based in Brooklyn that specializes in vintage wood pieces. We love to restore weathered wooden chairs, tables and dressers, replicating the technique applied at the time. With a deep-rooted passion for craftsmanship, we breathe new life into antique, vintage, and cherished furniture pieces, honoring their rich heritage while embracing a greener future. We meticulously restore each piece, weaving a story of time-honored techniques and modern eco-conscious practices. We also design and build custom pieces out of reclaimed and discarded lumber from places like Bien Hecho and The Big Reuse. Solace Studio is where the past meets the present, and where furniture's journey transcends eras, leaving a legacy of beauty, history, and respect for our planet.
