Segundo from SNG contacted me stating that he had a "good price". He came and took at the work needed to be done and gave me a quote. He then took advance payment from me to "buy supplies". Subsequently, he insisted on starting the work without obtaining a valid permit. When I explained to him that this was not permissible, he refused to give my money back. This man is a cheat and should be expelled from Angi's list. Be very careful if you deal with him.
