After a patient wait period, they first delivered one door of the wrong color. Both doors were suppose to be the same color. The didn't bring all of the additional that goes with the order and then the biggest problem was they gave us the wrong wheel track for the pocket door. We don't know this until after the door has been installed and the wall pocket is closed. The net net net of this is that their quality control is very poor. For the quality of the product you are paying for, you would expect better attention over quality control. This ended up extending or 10-12 week order period for another month. They are just door manufacturers. They really do not take an interest in helping you solve any problems that arises related to installation. In fact, they drop off the door and won't take any of your contractor's questions. If you do buy a door through them, probably best to fork up the extra money on top and get one of their installers to do it. At least then it is harder for them to just drop the door and go.
