I made an appointment on the SimonSez CleanRite website after buying a voucher at Lifebooker. For two separate appointments, no one showed. For one appointment, when we called, they called back hours late, rescheduled and again did not show. For the second appointment, they did not show and did not return phone calls. This, despite the fact that I had email confirmations for both appointments that included date, time and my address for cleaning. Lifebooker was cooperative and gave me credit on their site for the price of the services that I booked and did not receive.
