Sim's Spotless Cleaning

What a joke this company is! I bought a Groupon and tried for several weeks (yes really) to get in touch to schedule a cleaning. I sent FIVE emails from 2 different emails accounts, sent TWO text messages, left a VM and ALSO reached out via the "contact form" on the website....no response. Finally, totally fed up I called again and finally reached someone on the phone. She sounded either drunk or asleep, no sure, but she was definitely WAY checked out and not really making me feel confident in using her service. I wanted to make sure that I was able to schedule a cleaning before Christmas, but guess what? After scheduling an appointment, she now refuses to honor the Groupon that I purchased. What an unprofessional cow. You know, lately I am really starting to believe that people occupy the space they deserve in life. It's really not all so random and unfair....she's not running a laboratory or teaching college classes for a very good reason. I mean she can't even do THIS with any level of pride or competence.
