It was a lengthy process, in part because of the fact that I had a difficult time finding the right shades. When we did find something that I was happy with, there was a bit of a wait time, however, this was due to the fact that Mark had to locate them for the best price possible, which he did. They ended up costing half of what I would have paid elsewhere.
There was a problem with the finishing of the shades, however. Without questions, Mark took them back and we picked a new set of shades which were eventually installed. At all times Mark was extremely professional and responsive. Although the process took longer than I would have liked, given all the changes we had to make, it was well worth it.
Would highly recommend.
