Large-scale items like wall panels and ceiling were done okay.
Finishing details were very unprofessional.
Electric outlets fouled up.
Personal items destroyed or thrown out.
Ignored requests to discuss problems.
Changed contract  terms from "sample" they sent; demanding 90% payment at halfway point.
Took final 10% without my agreement.

The actual mold removal and remediation process (dehumidifying, cleaning spores from the air) went fine, but I would not recommend using ServPro for any other part of the process (i.e., removal of cabinets and appliances, replacing the wall). The subcontractor was overpriced and I was left with kicks and dings out of my tile floor and cabinets, a leaking dishwasher and a poorly, half complete sheet rock job because the subcontractor could not figure out how to properly sheet rock around valves. After many calls into my point of contact at ServPro over a few weeks, I got a partial refund. But the refund does not cover the costs of fixing the leak, poor sheet rock work and damaged property. ServoPro even suggested that I should change the location of the valves-- a recommendation that two other plumbers, another contractor and my Super refuted with confidence. I hired another contractor to fix the sloppy sheet rock job and complete the work around the valves in question.
I thought going with one service provider to complete the entire job, even if a portion of it was being subcontracted, would be more efficient and less disturbing to my property, but I've learned my lesson.

I called Brain because my tenant had told me there was water damage on
the ceiling and mold.  Brian set up an appointment quickly, evaluated
the problem, and told me the area where the paint was peeling was dry,
and that there  was no mold.  He was very honest about what he could and
could not do, and, since there was no mold removal to be done, the
evaluation was free.  Very professional.
