I am happy I found this company. I wanted to repair a leaky valve and service the boiler. I talked to Julia. She did not call me back at first. It took me two calls to get an appointment with them because they were so busy, but I’m glad I waited. I got an estimate over the phone. Antonio and Lorenzo came to my house and looked at my problem. They were quick, their visit was under an hour. It turned out that the leaky shut off valve did not need replacement, just some pipe dope and tightening. They recommended servicing the boiler later in May or the summer. They checked the heat in my basement and told me it was working, just recommended to install a valve to bleed the radiators.

These guys are honest, their fees are reasonable. I paid around $140 for their visit. I had gotten an estimate from another company to replace the valve for $359 and a total estimate over $2K to replace things I did not need to.

I already recommended Sallustio and Son Plumbers to a friend.

When I contacted John, he not only expressed a tremendous amount of concern for my situation, but he handled everything with such professionalism and kindness that it felt more like a relative coming over to help.The guys who installed the new boiler were complete pros. I'm telling you, my original boiler was a complete and utter mess--I was afraid to even look at it, and I was afraid that it would explode. John's guys came in, were completely clean, careful and professional and even went out of their way to troubleshoot potential problems coming from my neighbor's apartment upstairs. Not only that, but I had them install a radiator, which actually came under--yes I said UNDER budget. Now my boiler is a thing of beauty. The piping is completely neat and clean and everything works great. John even came over on Christmas eve because my neighbor had an issue that was causing dripping into my shower. I have no idea why Sallustio and Son has no reviews anywhere, so I am happy to be the first. They are absolutely great and a pleasure to deal with, which I can't say for any other plumbing/heating technician that I've ever had to work with in my life.
