He has visions of things. He went home and drew up the plans. He subcontracts out to people with great expertise. He even works on Saturdays at times. The subcontractors he gets are incredibly reliable. He is so good that people fly him to the Caribbean to do jobs for them. He was recommended to my by a friend that he had done a fabulous job for. Every single day, there was someone there working on something. I was able to give them the keys to everything as they were completely trustworthy.
