They were terrible. Isaac and Rubbro bled money, and through at least a great degree of negligence, if not worse - cost the condo thousands of dollars due to their inept service. From start to finish these people were utterly useless. They couldn't figure out how to hold a proper unit owners meeting, they made mistakes renewing the insurance, paying for a premium that would have cost tens of thousands of dollars more per year than required - to a insurance broker that the management company admitted was it's long time business partner. In my opinion, the management agent really didn't understand how to act in loyal manner toward the unit owners, and was consistently advocating for his own and his business partners interests.  The principal of this company had the gall to call us arrogant and condescending, telling us that costing us tens of thousands of dollars in unnecessary insurance premiums was a small issue - he has no sense of what it means to act as a fiduciary. Avoid this company at all costs.
