Company was first contacted on 9-19-06. Worker showed up on 9-22-06 & stated materials would be ordered, come in on 9-25 & the job done on the 26 th. During the week of 10-1, the company called saying the worker needed to come to remeasure the windows. I clearly stated that I needed morning appointments due to work schedules. The job was to be done on 10/31. The company phoned to say the truck broke down & they would call when they were coming. In the late afternoon, they phoned to say they would be here on 11/1/06 in the morning. The worker showed up at 11:45, stated it would be an hour from start to finish. One window was removed from the house. The window was returned 90 minutes later. The window was put in, then the worker went to fix the balance for another. He had to leave because the wrong parts were brought. I washed the window which had just been replaced and a part broke off. Both repairs got done but it took almost 4 hours and ended in the late afternoon, not the morning.
Description of Work: Repair one balance and replace one glass.
