We hired Rocky D Construction for a cosmetic renocvation of our co-op. 23 weeks into a estimated 8 week project, we are left with an unfinished mess. The work that has been completed has been incorrect/ shoddy/ sloppy. Despite having a contract and being paid in full, the owner has repeatedly lied to us and has now stopped returning our calls or texts. No work has been done in over a month and couting. I cannot warn my fellow public strongly enough against doing business with this company. We have filed complaints with The Department of Consumer Protection citing the unprofessional, incompetent, fraudulent and negligent business practices. Next up, we will bring in lawyers. This has been a nightmare that no one else should go through. Zero stars should be an option, that is what this unethical, unprofessional, fraud deserves.
