Robo Rooter

My house is a 150 something old and the plumbing was retroactively fitted into it and it is going old and they have been fine with the work they have done. I spent about $115 on that service. The guy that owns the company is rather elderly, so he has assistants them to do the work. The guy that he sends in is used to my house and it is fine. Their prices are higher than some of the other companies, but I feel more comfortable with having them deal with the very old pipes in the house. They are conscientious and very responsive.

We noticed a sewage smell coming from the basement and the basement toilet was overflowing. We contacted Robo Rooter and he scheduled a time to come on the following day. He arrived promptly and cleared the sewer blockage.

I live in an old house and the drains clog frequently. When they do, Joe is easily reachable to clear them. He has the equipment to do the work and he's reliable he comes exactly when he says he will. He also knows how the houses in this neighborhood are configured so he can adapt to each old house. I think it's really clear-my drains are clogged, I call Robo Rooter, Joe answers or calls me back in a short time and then he comes by when he says he is available to clear the drain. I hate that my basement floods as often as it does but I try to stay ahead of it and have the drains cleared when they need it. I joked with him recently that he's like the dentist, that I need to see him for a cleaning every six months.
