Found Rising Sun Alarm through word of mouth from a friend. I contacted there office located in brooklyn, but owner acutally lives in staten island. Spoke to an actual human being, not an automated machine. The office manager was friendly and took my information, owner called me asked me what im looking for and he stated he could better assist if he saw my location, I could schedule same day but he was ready for same day estimate. Owner scheduled a time was prompt and was very helpful in showing me what i needed and not over selling me equipment i didnt need. Equipment was fit too my budget but also quality camera's. Owner and technician came a few days later began installation of camera system, DVR was installed and 6 camera's, very neat installation through my home's exterior, was able to view camera's on my iphone same day and system has been working without any problems equipment and installation has a 1 year equipment and Labor guarrantee. Very pleased with service and not overpriced as some companies.
