REGLAZING SPECIALIST CORPORATION

Our bathtub was stripped and reglazed in 4 hours, after which they expect full payment. Tax is waived if you pay in cash- this is a very bad idea. The bathtub looked fine until the next day when the tub revealed uneven and patchy areas. I called and they returned to repair areas. Same technician reglazed bathtub again. The next day same issues. Called owner, Alex, who stated that he would come to repair himself 9 the next morning. He did not show until 2 pm. He revealed problem areas needed to be bonded with Bondo. Eventually he did not resolve issue and I asked for refund. He stated that he would refund me the next day because he did not have that amount of cash. Alex never gave a refund. Also on all warranty and receipt papers do not reveal his name, through research found out he was owner of business and his full name was Alex Degliumoni. Do not use this company!!
