He answers his phone. He keeps his appointments. If he cannot keep it, he calls and sets up another appointment. The day they were going to do the roof it rained and we had to let it dry out a day. He was here on the day the work was done at 9 in the morning. He put on a rubber roof with silver coating to reflect. They were neat and clean. They cleaned up after themselves; they did not leave a mess. The product they used gives a 15 year guarantee and he gave me his companies 15 year guarantee. The price was not bad. He came to me highly recommend by someone else who had used him.
