When Ibrahim first came to give an estimate, he carefully looked at everything to see what the problem was and then gave an estimate, with a clear explanation for what he would do and how much time it would take. He came every time that he said he would and finished the job in a very timely fashion. He was agreeable to making adjustments and answered our questions succinctly. His crew cleaned up afterwards leaving things nice and neat. They were polite and very professional.
