When you need help with your heating, ventilation and air conditioning, you don’t want to hear that your technician is stuck in traffic. You won’t hear that excuse from us. We’re based in Brooklyn, at Sheepshead Bay road - in an office, not a phone drop or a postal address. It gives us quick access to many of our customers. But we also have workstations in Staten Island and Long Island. This way, our techs can quickly help you, whether you have an emergency or a routine call. Stay away from this company if: - You do not want gas boiler work done by non-licensed workers, contrary to company statements. - You do not want them to have to come back the next day after allegedly completing the job, to again have to fix the exact same issue contracted for, even though the work had been declared completed, warranted, and been paid for, only a few hours before, and then ask for more money yet. - You do not want to be denied going over time and material charges at job completion because: it is too late. - You do not want to hear: we cannot identify all problems with your boiler and If you want no problems, install a new boiler after you paid $275, nonapplicable to the job cost, for an initial tuneup and job estimate. - You do not want to be cursed when you express customer dissatisfaction.

Dryer Vents Cleaning Service
Great quality work. They came to clean my air ducts and the dryer and did a very nice job. Technicians were careful with their equipment and cleaned after themselves. They also inspected my boiler. I will definitely hire them again next year for the maintenance!

The work was completed and fully paid for two weeks ago, but I am still chasing after them for the warranty for my new furnace. This is totally unacceptable!! I am satisfied with their workmanship, but I am now wondering about their honesty and ethics. How can they omit a warranty after a job that cost over four thousand dollars?

Dryer Vents Cleaning Service
Had a very good experience with this company. Although I hired them just to clean out my dryer vent they showed me how it was originally improperly and dangerously installed. I decided to go ahead and let them install it the correct way. Although it cost more than just cleaning out the dryer vent I know that it will made such a difference with the correct installation they performed. It was difficult to do and they worked for six hours until they got it right. I feel confident that they did a great job and safe that my dryer is not going to go on fire from inproper venting.

Our experience with Premier Cleaning was first-rate! They were tops and went above and beyond to ensure that our heating needs were met and our boiler was working in tip top condition. George was professional, pleasant, and polite, and Boris in the office kept us informed about part delivery and costs. Everyone was straightforward. There was no run around. We will be using them for all of our heating and cooling needs since they also take care of HVAC installation and maintenance.

First when I called them after they were over an hour late,they stated that Home Advisor never scheduled the appointment. When I verified that HomeAdvisor had confirmed the appointment with their company the day before they changed their tune. After about four hours of waiting someone finally arrived. I could have spent less elsewhere. When I asked the repairman how he had arrived at the cost he indicated that he did not know. He stated that was what they told him to charge me prior to his arrival.
