Rafi and Leah are uniquely professional in their dealings. They are not only excellent in their craft but also very artistic in their approach. In the end we did not feel that their price quote was high as the joy of dealing with them - all promises kept, excellent workmanship, and on-time delivery - more than made up for the difference in quotes from others.
We have some more work to be done and when we are ready to proceed Premier Decorators will be our first port-of-call.
