This was a very smooth and happy experience from start to finish. I had emailed photos of the post-modern chair to Premier Decorators, so when Rafi, the owner, came to my home he brought loads of fabric samples that he thought would go with that kind of chair. He was right! It was very easy to choose a fabric. Rafi examined both chairs carefully and was definitely an expert. He communicated very clearly, and his cheerful and professional demeanor made him very easy to deal with. His office called a week and a half later to let me know the work was done, and we made an appointment for him bring me the finished products. They are gorgeous! The post-modern chair looks fabulous, and the upholstery is perfectly done. He fixed the chair so it's not rickety anymore, and the webbing is very solid-feeling. I used to feel like I was sinking in the club chair. Rafi correctly surmised that all it needed was a new foam insert. It feels great now!

Our family had acquired a superbly comfortable sofa-bed during our overseas stint; extremely comfortable and almost equally complicated in design. After nineteen years of use it needed to be refurbished and reupholstered. We consulted Angie's List and identified three businesses that were willing to do this for us and we obtained quotes from each one. Premier Decorators was the highest in terms of price but within a ten percent range. However, the comfort we got in our initial dealings with the couple that owns and manages this business encouraged us to go with Premier Decorators. Although the owner Rafi Swisa came over to our place with fabric samples we opted to go to the workshop to see the wider collection of fabrics. It was an amazing experience. Seeing the work that was been done on other pieces of furniture we were most impressed by the high quality of craftsmanship as we were by the wide variety of fabric samples. Finally, with the help of Rafi, we were able to select the fabric that we wanted for our sofa-bed. The next day the sofa-bed was taken away from our home. As the project neared completion we were invited to visit the workshop to see if the work-in-process was to our satisfaction and we opted to go. This provided us the pleasant opportunity of also meeting with the other co-owner, Leah Rafi, who was also as wonderful and professional as her husband. We liked what we saw and the finished project was brought back to our home and put back in its place with utmost care and caution.
Rafi and Leah are uniquely professional in their dealings. They are not only excellent in their craft but also very artistic in their approach. In the end we did not feel that their price quote was high as the joy of dealing with them - all promises kept, excellent workmanship, and on-time delivery - more than made up for the difference in quotes from others.
We have some more work to be done and when we are ready to proceed Premier Decorators will be our first port-of-call. Dealing with this service provider has been an extremely unique and satisfying experience and we can recommend it to others with great confidence and enthusiasm. A friend of ours has already decided to have her dining chairs done by Premier Decorators.

Overall, this is an excellent and very professional company. I saw
their work when I was at their factory. It is done by hand by
experienced people. I was able to watch one working and he talked
easily with me. I trust them and highly recommend them. They
do not have any hidden agenda. I say do use them and do not worry!

Rafi Swisa, the company owner, came by to assess the amount of work necessary on each chair. I was immediately impressed y his knowledge of the chairs and how they were made. He offered me a variety of materials to look through and even loaned me 3 fabric booklets to look at for over 2 weeks time. His initial price assessment was a little high for me-$2000 for both chairs. However, he was later willing to lower the price considerably to match the price of a different decorating company I had consulted with. Rafi had always been very kind and patient and let me take my time deciding which fabric I wanted to use. I never felt pressured or rushed. Once I chose a fabric, Rafi and his coworker came by and picked up the chairs. Within 2 weeks they were done. Rafi and his coworker personally returned the chairs to my home at no extra cost. The chairs look fantastic!! Good as new!!! I would highly recommend Premier Decorators! They are quick, effiecient, and very courteous!
