Matt arrived and went right to work by - he prepared the area by taping and covering areas not to be glazed. Afterwards Matt explained everything from when we could remove the tape to how to clean area everyday.

I am completely satisfied w/the finished product, but getting there is another story. They are very neat & meticulous in their work, but apparently seem to forget the little details. What should've been a 2 day job stretched out nearly 2 weeks, since there is an apparent lack of communication between customer & office, and office & techs out in the field. The first time I scheduled an appointment, the tech didn't show on a Friday before a long weekend. I called the office after an hour, and they scrambled to send someone. I did not have any work done at that time since it was more involved than what I wanted to do. Several weeks later under pressure from my co-op to have my tiles repaired, I called & the owner came over, assessed my situation and scheduled the work to be done over 2 days. The first day, the tech came an hour late, & he told me he would need 3 days. Bottom line, I was w/o use of my bath & shower for 3 full days rather than 36-48 hours. I was left w/having to caulk around the tub (which their contract does specify), and replacing faucet knobs & shower heads myself. The tech left w/my bathtub spout, forcing me to purchase a new one. I also wanted a no-skid surface applied to the tub, which was left off the work order, so the tech had to come back to do it - that was the part that took 10 days to get done, since he kept missing appointments. When you call the office to complain, or try to find out where he is, all you get is excuses; no apologies; no "we'll send him right over". They're quick to take the money, but not to satisfy the customer.

The cost of the bathtub I had installed is simply outrageous. However, I was very pleased with Premier as a company. They were diligent workers. They were punctual, responsible, and friendly. They were confident and capable. I would highly recommend them. I thought they were great.

Excellent. Came on time and did a great job. Price was higher because apparently our tub was done before and they add an extra $65.

Eddie was very polite and friendly and was careful to tell me about the strong fumes that would be created from his work in the bathroom. He did an excellent job.
