PRECISION PLUMBING SVC INC

This was a little why back but this is my first review and I want to make sure I give a shout out to Precision Plumbing. Excellent, FAST service from Precision Restaurant Plumbers. I can't say enough good things about Valentino and Tito. Where to begin? I am a co-owner in a small coffee shop Brooklyn and got a frantic call from my partner regarding a backed up sewer main that was bubbling out of the toilets in the bathrooms like a geyser in Yellowstone. I ran over and it was raw sewage that overflowing on the floor of our restaurant. Beyond the initial panic, I was just counting the amount of days that we'd be out of business and the money we'd be losing First thing we did was go on Google and boom there was a video (it was like 2 minutes) and without even having to look for another listing I felt comfortable calling Precision. Then again I probably would have taken the first plumber that said they could make it over. It was about 9:30 when I called and Valentino said he was on a job but would make us his next stop. I asked what I should do in the meantime and he walk us through some triage steps which included turning off the central heat and air system so as to prevent flow from reaching the floor vents. They had us unplug everything and called the landlord who sent the useless super of the building to turn off the water. They got to us at about 12:30 and were done in an hour. After the immediate emergency was dealt with they made some suggestions as to how we might be able to make some structural changes that would save us money and headaches with the inspectors. They're fully licensed contractors so needless to say they have our account now. They also repaired and replaced a leak in one of the kitchen sinks and boosted the water pressure in the men's bathroom. I am so glad I found Precision Plumbing.
