Utterly atrocious job cleaning my 1BR renovated apt. It was furnished, so was not going to be an easy job, but as far as I am concerned, Theresa Gayle the owner, and Jack Thompson the principle, defrauded me, claiming to provide very specific post-renovation and lead remediation services that were clearly not delivered, but which I only discovered after the bill was paid and they were long gone. Jack wanted to charge me an outrageous $2200 after they were finished, offering to reduce it to $1700 in the end because he knew I was dissatisfied with the quality of cleaning at the halfway point, and most importantly to him, to barter for me not giving them less than a 4-star review. I was exhausted after 9-hours of cleaning along side his sloppy 2-man team, and agreed to pay it because I must have been delirious, and Jack seemed conciliatory and concerned in the moment. But how deeply I regretted it in the hours and days that followed. After they left and Jack had taken my money, I spent the rest of the evening and the following week finding dust, film, and grime on absolutely everything they had cleaned. Ultimately I had to re-clean everything myself for days upon days. I have all the photos to prove the appallingly poor cleaning job they did. I had also paid a high premium for what they called their Advanced Green Treatment; which supposedly uses EPA lead-remediation protocols involving dry/wet/dry/wet wiping protocols that Jack repeatedly emphasized to me they fastidiously employ. All false advertisement, as it was clear after the bill was paid and they were long gone that they only wiped things once with a microfiber cloth; everything still had a palpable and sometimes visible film still. Even while the team was still here cleaning, they had sloppily vacuumed things that I would then re-vacuum myself because clouds of dust would puff out if I clapped it after they had "finished" with something. Most unprofessional of all, Jack went from being Mister Communicator before he had his money to actually blocking my number when I messaged him 2 days later with a long description of all the ways in which I was dissatisfied with their horrendous quality of work, asking for a refund. No way to reach them as they did not return my email and my calls would not go through. I have decided that post-construction cleaning is not a specialized service, but if you insist on going that route, hire any other company except Post Green Cleaning. But you are best off renting HEPA filters and HEPA vacuums and hiring a regular cleaner you trust to do a detailed and complete job, for 1/4 of the price.

Horrible service. Still dirty, took lunch hours after only work 2 hours, billing for time that did not work, did no answered phone calls, did an unauthorize charge to my credit card. Not cleaning after leaving, there is still garbage and the service was not provided as I requested. He charged 300 dollars for supplies that normally are included in this time of service. Unpleasant experience.

Efficient, responsive, great communication, excellent work. They helped clean up my apartment after a contractor had left an incredible mess of hazardous dust. Afterward, I was able to have it painted without problems. I highly recommend them, very professional.

Amazing services

Highly highly recommend. Best money spent this move. Hired them for a post-construction clean up of dust that was EVERYWHERE. They were so responsive, professional, knowledgeable, transparent, thorough thorough thorough. No regular cleaning person could have done what they did without spending 3 days and wearing themselves completely out. Don't hesitate!

Jack and his team cleaned my apartment after a bathroom renovation and before I moved in. The place was covered in dust and grime. Post Green Cleaning made my apartment sparkling clean. Excellent Excellent post construction clean up. After having a complete kitchen remodeling, my home was covered with fine dust that just could not be removed with that basic cleaning. I reached out to Post Green, Jack was fully knowledgeable and very informative of the type of cleaning needed. The cleaning crew arrived on time , were courteous and fully prepared to clean and protect by wearing masks. They cleaned every area of my home. cabinets cleaned inside, outside, behind all furniture, walls dusted, windows, light fixtures etc.. making sure there was no fine dust left behind The cleaning solution was pleasant smelling safe cleaning solution. Once done we reviewed the work before final payment was made. So glad I found Post Green and you will be too!
