The usual and expected haggling and sales tricks occurred: Such as and quot;I have to check with the ..and quot; After price agreed upon tried unsuccesfullly to tack on dealer prep. The final price was substantially less than I expected. I allow enough time for these shennigans and actually enjoy them. I know they will not make a sale without a profit and don't feel bad about what I accept as being a bargain.
The promised car was delivered within the time span agreed to and the sales person spent time showiing me the variious, new to me, and quot;bells and whistles.and quot;
The less than A grades are due to this: There was a relatively minor problem with the final paperwork where one of the non-essential documents credited part of the payment to the wrong person. Despite numerous phone calls, a fax and a letter to the CEO, they have been unresponsive to my requests for it to be corrected. I have left it at that and will only revive the issue if they later claim I owed them.
I would purchase from them again solely based on the final price and the delivery as promised. I have not used the service area yet, but made a purchase of windshield wipers there, and the staff seems pleasant and facilities appear to be clean and comfortable.

The work was done pretty efficiently. Getting an appointment was easy. They have a waiting room where you can wait. It was fine and they took care of it pretty quickly. They charged me about $87 for an oil change, which I thought was a little bit expensive, but they used synthetic oil. I had a coupon, but the guy said that the coupon wasn’t for the type of oil I needed. Their service was pretty good. I didn’t have any problems with them. I think the price would have been cheaper if I went to a non-dealer. The quality of their work was good because they did what they needed to do. Their responsiveness was good. I got a pretty quick appointment. Their punctuality was pretty good too. I waited and it took like two hours or so. I don’t think the waiting time was excessive only because they were really busy and I made the appointment the day before. So, I thought that their punctuality was all right. Their professionalism was fine.
