Pioneer Mechanical Corp

So I call Mike and we arrange an appointment, he comes in hears my requirements and accepts them but I wanted to have another contractor to patch the walls after he's done, so he gives me a price, a really good price that includes everything, all materials labors and even changing my electric from 110 to 220. So on the first day of work he brings an army of workers and start opening my walls, they had to drill through thick joists, etc I guess my requirement to run everything inside the wall was a lot of work because they also had to run the condensation pvc pipes inside the walls. After a day eventually the workers were reduce to 2 or 3 but Mike was coming in to supervise from time to time, so after about 3 days they were done. In the end the air conditioner project cost me way less than $9000 this includes the a/c units and mikes labor!!!! (this doesn't include another contractor patching the walls) I didn't purchase the a/c units with Mike but you can figure out it's a pretty good d*** deal for 7 internal units, 2 outdoor units INSTALLED!, I called another very yelp famous a/c installer and he quoted my double for routing the lines outside!. Let me tell you, Mike is a chinese guy that may be a bit challenged to communicate in english but he's a really nice person, he's not a tricky person trying to rob you, he's really honest and easy going, he's going to do anything you tell him to do. He made me such a good deal that I wanted to help him back by writing this review.
