I had a very bad experience with PC Richards and I will never go to them again. They were impossible, totally impossible. I'm still fighting with them. It's very bad. I would shout it from the rooftops, "Stay away."

They didn’t tell me I needed a plumber to hook the refrigerator. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. All of a sudden the refrigerator is making all kinds of noise.

THE SERVICE MEN AND THE COMPANY Was VERY PROFESSIONAL. THE SERVICE GUY WAS ON-TIME, VERY COURTEOUS. IT WAS A SATISFYING COMPANY, AND I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN WITHOUT HESITATION.

THEY WERE FINE. SOMETIMES I HAVE TO WAIT A LITTLE BIT TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT, BUT IT IS BECAUSE THEY ARE BUSY. THEY COME AND ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS I MAY HAVE. IT IS THAT SIMPLE. I WOULD NOT GO TO ANYONE ELSE.

THEY WERE PROMPT AND EFFICIENT. THEY ALSO EXPLAINED TO ME THAT THE DISHWASHER WAS NOT A DISPOSAL AND LARGE FOOD PARTICLES SHOULD BE SCRAPED OFF. THEY WERE FRIENDLY AND COOPERATIVE.

THEY BROUGHT ME A DIFFERENT UNIT THAT I DID NOT WANT. I TOLD THEM THAT I WANTED THE TOP OF THE LINE UNIT AND THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY DIDN'T HAVE THEM. SO THEY STILL SENT OUT THE ONE I DID NOT WANT. BUT THEY HAVE GOOD PRODUCTS, SO I DIDN'T MIND TOO MUCH.
