+ -1 morePaul is expert and complete. He is usually on time but on a rare occasion a half hour delay was experienced. He provided me with free software (where that was legal; much of it Web downloads that I did not know existed) and has provided on-going in-home support for over two years.
Description of Work: Required extensive software clean-up of laptop and desktop, hardware installation (back-up drive), Pinnacle Video installation with on-line download of Codex(s), and installation of various security systems.
