Patience renovations

Patience Renovations FIXED my bathroom ceiling. My neighbor upstairs had a leak and it got really bad when I went out of town. I had to throw away all my bathroom rugs and accessories because they got soaked. My cousin's boyfriend referred Patience Renovations to me. Malik specifically worked on this project and he definitely knew what he was doing. He was able to communicate clearly about the work load and answered my questions with patience due to my lack of knowledge in this field of work. He worked fast, cleaned up and ensured my satisfaction of this task before he left. Heâ s definitely my new Handy Man.

Our very smooth drywalled ceiling had a sizeable hole in it from moving our chandelier over a few feet. It was impeccably repaired by Malik of Patience Renovations. He is an amazing craftsman. And also a lovely human. I enjoyed charting with him about life stuff, and was impressed with the great care he took to make the repair completely unnoticeable. Even in bright sun at certain points of the day, you absolutely cannot tell there was a hole at one point. Highly recommend!
