Overall the mirrors for the closet doors look good but are extremely heavy so the doors have to be adjusted. The guest bath mirror and the master bath glass doors are all fine. The mirror for the master bath was a disaster. Being quite large, it broke the first time they attempted to install it and after the second install it fell almost an inch on one side. They had instructed us to leave supports in for two weeks in order for the glue to dry. After three weeks, we removed the support and the mirror fell on one side. After calling them and asking them to re-do the master bath mirror, they refused and said it would cost us more money then the first time around. They took no responsibility for the glass falling and accused us of lying about when we removed the supports! I have never dealt with such an unprofessional company before! I hope no one else has to go through this. The feeling we got was that they wanted to make up the costs for the first mirror they tried to install. But where does it say that the customer should pay for the vendor's mistake?
