 + -1 moreOn over 15 occasions between May of 2012 and April 2013, PM Waste and Rubbish failed to pick up our trash. I called to complain numerous times and rescheduled pickups. On two occasions I was told that a manager would call me back but I did not receive a call. On four occasions PM Waste and Rubbish rescheduled a pick up for the next day but on 2 of these occasions they failed to pick up the trash after rescheduling the pickup. As our business is on the 4th floor, this means we had to carry the trash back up in the morning, often after rain. In addition we were ticketed by the city on two occasions because of this.
Description of Work: Trash removal Monday, Wednesday, and Friday Recycling pickup on Wednesday
