terrible. horrendous. the worst possible.

Unfortunately, the installation did not go well. The installers insisted that I pay twice as much as was agreed in the store, in order to install with Plexiglas. In addition, they damaged my mother's hallway carpet with some white silicone that was stepped on and created 3 white circles on the carpet about 2 inches in diameter. They also did not remove the old air conditioners, informing me that I would need to call the store to arrange for this separately. They also left a mess with the A/C boxes and packing materials. In addition, they were annoyed that the job required Plexiglas. Unbelievably, during the worst heat wave of the summer, one of the air conditioners started leaking large amounts of water INTO my mother's living room! It took 3 days for PC Richard to send over an installer who refused to angle the unit so the water would drain out b/c he was not the original installer! Although I called customer service continuously for several weeks, the matter remains unresolved!

P.C. HAS BEEN MY LOCAL APPLIANCE STORE FOR MANY YEARS NOW. WHEN THE SERVICEMAN ARRIVED I THOUGHT THERE WAS NO LIFE IN MY REFRIGERATOR. WITH HIS DILIGENT WORK AND KNOWLEDGE, HE DISCOVERED WITH A NEW MOTOR MY REFRIGERATOR WOULD RUN GREAT.

WE BOUGHT A NEW STOVE, AND THEY DELIVERED IT. WE HAD THEM HOOK IT UP TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING WORKED RIGHT. WHEN THE OVEN DIDN'T WORK RIGHT, THEY HAD SOMEONE OUT THE NEXT DAY TO REPAIR IT.

I WAS SATISFIED WITH MY LOCAL APPLIANCE STORE. THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL, CLEAN AND PROMPT. THEY CAME TO SERVICE MY REPAIR WITHIN A DAYS WORTH OF TIME.
