OxyMagic carpet cleaners provide excellent carpet cleaning services. Each carpet cleaning franchise is individually owned and operated by people that are passionate about clean carpet. Throughout the lifetime of your carpet the fibers are subjected to the day to day under-foot grind of typical household spills, dirt, children, pets and after a while it can all take its toll. OxyMagic uses the power of oxygen to clean a wider spectrum of soils that other cleaners may not get out. With the OxyMagic system, average dry time is reduced to 30 to 90 minutes, which eliminates the chance for old stains to return and for mold and mildew to form.

I like the fact that they was prompt, they showed up on time, they were clean, but I wasn't really pleased with the final outcome. I didn't think Oxymagic did a tremendous job. I mean, I've had my carpet cleaned by a few before and I didn't think they did that good of a job.

I've used other carpet cleaning companies before and Oxymagic, by far, is the best. They responded by email and phone promptly and we set up a convenient Saturday appointment. They cleaned 2 rooms and a hall in my condo unit, my condo neighbor's living room and the common areas in the building. Bryan was on time, friendly and did a fantastic job. My unit had some problem areas because of my cat and Bryan did a great job in restoring my light colored carpets to beautifully clean and fresh smelling. I felt like they were brand new again. And no harsh chemicals. I'm so pleased with Oxymagic's service. I will definitely hire them again and highly recommend them.

Service provider did a fantastic job. Carpet is old and had stains that I could not get rid of with grocery store products. Xmas was around the corner and I wanted it to be presentable for guests. I can probably get another ~2 years out of it, which is what I want as I have some remodeling work which will take place in the new year and no sense changing carpet until construction work is complete.

The man who came was nice enough, but the results were less than what I expected, the rugs didn't look as clean as I thought. Also, he couldn't do one rug because it was too thin and got sucked up into the machine, but the minimum charge was 99$ so I had to pay for 2 rugs instead of 3.

Tom scheduled us quickly as a favor. Roberto called and arrived on time. Did an excellent job. He was helpful and attentive. Went above and beyond what was necessary. Spent whatever time needed to do a complete and thorough job. The carpet looked brand new when he finished. Best money we ever spent.

Great job. Carpet was four months old and the kids had accidentally spilt soda, milk, food and tracked in dirt on the new carpet, which was a whitish commercial carpet and definitely needed a good cleaning. Very satisfied with the cleaning job. Even though it was raining and damp outside, the carpet dried in about two hours. Carpet looks new again.

I am happy with the job that was done and the technician performing the work. What I didn't like was the final price was higher than the price I was quoted on the phone. When I questioned him about the price I was told it was because I lived out of their area so they were charging more. When I made the original call it was to a different location but when my call was returned I was told my location was handled by them, so why the extra charge? Then I gave him the coupon from Angie's List and I was told the bill was already made and He would have the owner call me. I never received a call from the owner and therefore I guess he feels he doesn't need my business because even though I was happy with the job I wouldn't call them again.

I've used them for several years. I have a rug that is oatmeal in color and whenever they come this rug comes back to life. They also do my stairs and platforms and they always get them clean and looking new.

Overall they did a fantastic job and got out difficult grease and tar that an other company had come and looked at and told me it would not be possible. What I did not appreciate is that over the phone I had a verbal agreement on what the price would be based on how many flights of stairs and carpets etc. When the technician arrived, we realized that there was less than we had discussed but he was not very willing to re-negotiate the price. We resolved and settled and the work was great. I would use again.

They cleaned the carpets really well. It was very effective cleaning. The owner was really nice. He communicated well. The price was what he had originally quoted me. It was competitive. He once had to call me to say he was coming later, but he communicated about it, so it was fine. I am very pleased with Oxymagic. I would highly recommend them.

Lou, OxyMagic technician, arrived on time, did carpet in all the rooms and was finished in about 2 hours. I had removed small pieces so more of the floor could be done but he told me he would have helped if I had waited till he got there. I was able to walk on carpet in approx. 1 hour. The carpets all came out in excellent condition (with just 2 small spots in the dining room that needed re-doing). He left me a spray bottle of the cleanser he used. There was no odor or any other after effect. OxyMagic is a franchise with each owner having a specific area of NJ. I had originally called the Cedar Grove number also listed in Angie's List and was redirected to this one out of Roseland.
