i had to call several times. They tied up my entire day. They person that ended up coming out was consistent and thorough. You really never know who you're going to get from visit to visit. Still not sure if I will sign another contract with them based on what I've seen so far.

They are very good and I'm pleased with what they do. There was a slight issue where they would show up when I'd ask them not to show up at a certain time, but we've straightened it out.

This was one of the worst experiences that I have had with a national company in a long time. I called this morning and was confirmed for an appointment for an exterminator but I waited all day only to be stood up. I called several times during the appointed time and was assured that the technician would arrive as planned. I think that this is a very unprofessional company and I would not recommend them. I wasted most of my day and, to top it off, I still have pests!

After the period of the first year I didn't use them. Usually they want you to extend the contract but they were fine. I had issues in my basement and they took care of the problem. I think they billed me quarterly. They were good, they took care of the problem. They would come and do outside, too, even when I wasn't here. I had to keep the pets inside if I knew they were coming, but it worked. I wasn't real comfortable using insecticides but I didn't really have a choice in the matter with the bugs. Sometimes I wasn't here when they would spray outside so they'd leave something in my mailbox. They always came on time. They did what they had to do. Were they outstanding - no, did they take the problem - yes. Did I have a few disagreements with them - yes. I was a little queasy with them coming when I wasn't home and walking in my yard but that's part of their policy. They prefer that you be there but that's how they do it. They just open the gate and do what they have to do. They were pretty much all in the same price range. They would leave a message that same morning that they were coming that afternoon then I'd get the message and they would have already been here. I"m sure they did the work. They were responsive with the initial visit but after that I would just see that they were here and no one would call but there would be a bill, that's just how they work. I wanted them to tell me when they would be coming. I don't think they really responded to my concerns because they kept up that same system. I'd prefer to use someone more local who could address my needs more as far as scheduling.

They're very personable and friendly. Their spraying is working. We noticed that if we miss an appointment, we do get bugs. So their spray obviously works. They're very helpful. They try very hard to align with the schedule, so that someone can be home when they arrive. That helps because we both work full time. We will continue to use them in the future.

They come out quarterly. They contact us before they come. They make sure if we want the indoor treated that we will be home. They are very pleasant, and thorough. They ask questions if there is anything new. They don't just come out spray, and leave. They are very good.

They're wonderful. I have been using them for a year; I switched from another company because of the price. I never usually see them when they come. I like what they do; I haven't had a pest problem since they started last year. Their prices are good; I do price comparisons. They come when they're supposed to and I haven't seen any critters around. I recommend them.

They are satisfactory. They really don't keep their schedules when they are supposed to come; it is inconsistent arrivals. I do have to waste a lot of time waiting for them to come. I barely get the bill before I get follow up demands for payment. Their billing is annoying. They are pretty responsive. They seem to know what they are doing.

I like the technicians. They will come back if you have a problem. It can be frustrating to deal with the office. They make mistakes with scheduling a lot, and are hard to get through to sometimes. I almost left them this quarter because of it. I didn't have a problem for two years but this last month it was ridiculous. I thought maybe there was some change they were going through. My bill was coming due, and they hadn't been here all quarter for an inside spray. It was scheduled a couple of times but they didn't come. I called to reschedule to get it done, they didn't show up and it wasn't in the system. I went home and picked up toys and things, but nobody came. The manager didn't call me back and it was frustrating. I had to tell them I wasn't going with them the next quarter if they didn't take care of it by Tuesday. The technicians are great and really know what they are doing. They are professional and they took care of the problems I was having.

We used to have serious bug problems. We have not had any since. They are very reliable, conscientious and efficient. We still use them.
