+ -1 moreWhen I initially called no one gave me a name but proceeded to ask for my name and information without formally introducing themselves and then transferred me to a man by the name of Derrick Barney who was very rude and quoted the price. At first he told me it was not enough for movers to come in then he said he would charge me $325 and hung up the phone. When I called back and ask for his name he was very nasty went off on a tangent and then gave me the name, claimed he was the owner of the company.
Description of Work: This company works with a storage facility as the pick services when you rent a storage space. I wanted to also hire them as movers but when I called for a consultation the owner was very rude and abrasive. At first he said that the stuff was not enough for a real move then he quote a price of $325.
