Slight delay in starting due to building requirements...no fault of contractor. Floor refinishing did not come out as expected, and it was redone at no additional charge. People very easy to work with. Ritz made a suggestion we took, to build a bookcase running half the room, and we love it.

I THOUGHT THEY DID A GOOD JOB. THEY WORKED A STEADY SCHEDULE. THE CLEAN UP WAS GOOD. I FELT THE COST WAS REASONABLE. A CLOSE FRIEND HAD RECOMMENDED THE COMPANY TO ME.
