Description of Work: Still waiting for leak to be found and corrected. Job was guaranteed, but is not done yet and still leaking. I will update once the roof leak is fixed.

THE PRODUCTS AND MATERIALS USED TO BUILD MY NEW HOME WERE NOTHING SPECIAL, JUST FAIR. I FEEL THAT BOTH THE QUALITY OF THE WORK, AND THEIR LEVEL OF PROFESSIONALISM WERE MARGINAL. SOME OF THE WORK QUALITY SEEMED TO HAVE BEEN RATHER SLIP SHOD.
Description of Work: THEY BUILT MY NEW 4 BEDROOM HOME FROM THE FOUNDATION TO THE FINISHED PRODUCT.

OLSEN CONTRACTING & ROOFING DID NICE QUALITY WORK. THEY PROBLEM THAT I HAD WITH THEM WAS GETTING THEM TO SHOW UP. THEY WERE NOT VERY RELIABLE AND IT TOOK THEM TWO MONTHS OVER SCHEDULE TO COMPLETE THE JOB.
Description of Work: THEY PUT DORMER ON HOUSE, ELECTRIC, ROOFING, SIDING, PLUMBING, ETC. THEY DOUBLED THE SIZE OF OUR HOUSE.

THEY DID A GREAT JOB! THEY WERE QUICK, ON TIME, AND VERY PROFESSIONAL. THE ROOF NO LONGER LEAKS, THANK GOD! I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND TO OTHER PEOPLE IN THE AREA.
