NYC Power Wash

They responded to my request for a quote very quickly and after receiving photos from me provided a quote within minutes. I had the job done inside of 48 hours from requesting a quote. They showed up on time (with plenty of communication about scheduling and arrival time), protected our interior floors very well, did an awesome job in a timely manner and left no mess inside or out. It was and easy process and I'm entirely satisfied with the work.

Very prompt and professional - they did a great job. Garden looks better now than it has in years.

Muhammed Elsayed and a staff-member arrived at the appointed time, 9:00 am on a Monday morning, and he was personable and professional. He explained what he would do, and what he would not do. For example, although the house was recently "touch-up" painted, the garage was not, and the paint had begun to crack and peel. Power-washing would have taken off the paint so they just gently washed it. They worked quickly but efficiently, and we could not have been more pleased. My husband asked them to take a look at the downspout from the front porch portico, which had water collecting on its roof, and they cleared it, allowing the water to flow off the roof. They were very careful not to trample any plants or shrubs, and Muhammed showed me how he could clean the dark black dirt stains on the walks along the edge of the lawn with a gentle, nontoxic chemical spray, which worked like magic, as well as the black mold stains on the roof. However, those job, as well as clearing the roof gutters and leaders, would have to wait for another day and another job. Ours is a big old Victorian house and while we try to keep up with the work it demands, as retired seniors we cannot always afford to. When we do need work done, I carefully check the references on Angie's List -- I don't have money to waste on shoddy workmanship or unprofessional providers. I could not have been more pleased with the work and I will definitely call on NYC Power Wash again.

Mohamed and his guys did an excellent job on my deck.  There was a problem of how to stain the back of a fence on the deck, because, it's high up off a 3-story apt.  Mohamed thought of the idea of dismantling  and re-attaching part of the fencing in order to stain it. That thought never crossed my mind, and it solved the problem.  I appreciate their cleanliness during and after the job, and,  they worked fast and made sure to clean everything at the end of the day.  I really appreciate how they worked with us to arrive at the job early and stayed late to accommodate our work schedule.  They were prompt and courteous, and true professionals!  I'll definitely be using them again.

I was so impressed by these guys. They responded to my request immediately, and when they had to cancel my appointment for weather, they rescheduled it for the next day. They came on time. They worked hard. They moved all my outdoor furniture and put it back. They cleaned up before and after. They took excellent care of me...and they ended up doing not only my patio, but my bench, my stairs, even my garbage can!  Everything looks spotless. I would hire them again in a heart beat. 

Mohamed was just great -- friendly, professional and hard-working.  Couldn't really have asked for a much better result.  He went the extra yard and then some.  Has some of the most sophisticated equipment I've ever seen among power washers.  10 out of 10!

Mohammed and his crew showed up when they said they would. - worked non-stop to get everything done in a timely fashion. Had great ideas on how to redo our deck. Did an incredible job for an extremely fair price. Great communication - even when he was a few minutes late he texted us including a picture of the traffic he was stuck in. After work was done cleaned up all debris.
He even responded to a text I sent about  a month later asking for advice on how to clean ceramic tile grout!
